The failure point is always the handle or the base, and it always happens at the door. Heavier board and an external folded handle, or a twisted handle on a reinforced top, is what we usually specify for restaurant orders.
A restaurant bag is also the only branded thing that reaches a delivery customer, so it earns a better print than a plain carrier.
